Job summary

Stratasys Ltd. seeks a Manager of Fulfillment Services to lead a cross-functional team responsible for fulfilling customer orders from quotation to production handoff. You will drive process excellence, coach staff, and partner with Sales, Operations, and customers to deliver accurate quotations and seamless order execution.

The role emphasizes ISO/quality system implementation, staff development, and continuous improvement across engineering, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of customer-facing and/or project management experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience managing employees.
• 3+ years in product design, engineering, manufacturing, inspection or quality fields.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fulfillment Services team, align with Sales, Operations and customers.
• Oversee order quotation through production handoff and service delivery.
• Develop and coach staff; monitor performance and training needs.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and AS 9100 quality systems.
• Manage NCR/CAPA processes and contract reviews during quotes and orders.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to meet business goals.
