Job summary

International Motors, LLC seeks a Senior Fulfillment Specialist to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, balancing production and logistics to meet customer requirements. You will liaise with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering to proactively manage orders and resolve issues.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, customer focus, and delivering on-time performance in a manufacturing environment. Monday–Friday schedule and onsite work in Texas support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of supply chain experience or a master's with no experience.
• Alternatively, at least 3 years of supply chain experience.
• Experience managing complex orders in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through shipment and delivery.
• Monitor status, schedule adherence, and milestones for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate execution across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
• Identify delivery risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prioritize and expedite critical customer orders with production planning.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on order status and fulfillment.
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Resolve inquiries, scheduling conflicts, and fulfillment issues.
• Support escalation management for high-priority delivery concerns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize shortages and delays.
• Facilitate communication to resolve shipping challenges and constraints.
• Track shipment schedules and performance metrics.
• Support export, documentation, and compliance where applicable.
