Qualifications

• Strong inventory management and demand planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily order processing activities to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Oversee preparation and shipping of orders, maintaining adherence to customer service standards.
• Develop and implement capacity plans to manage build-to-stock and build-to-order environments.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support smooth operations and minimize costs.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless order flow and resolution of issues.
• Prepare volume and demand planning analyses based on internal and external data.
• Monitor and manage order backlogs, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and operational documents to support compliance and quality standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics and provide feedback.
• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
