Job summary

Amazon Daytona Fulfillment Center seeks a Sr. Operations Manager responsible for budgetary and people development goals, and overall site performance. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach staff, and strengthen leadership bench across the FC.

You will drive Lean initiatives, ensure safety, quality and customer experience, set expectations, measure performance, collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, and IT, and align resources to meet business plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience leading Operations and Area Managers.
• Experience with Lean initiatives and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Dri͏ves creation of quality initiatives and Lean change to meet business plan.
• Responsible for safety, quality, performance and customer experience of either inbound or outbound operations.
• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and provides feedback.
• Sources and nurtures ideas, rolling them into improvement plans.
• Ensures best practices are shared across departments and shifts.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure support and resources.
