Job summary

Stord is seeking a Site Leader to drive day-to-day warehouse operations within a fast-paced fulfillment environment. You will lead supervisors and hourly staff, ensure staffing plans meet demand, and uphold safety and service standards to achieve business goals.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to implement scalable processes, optimize KPI performance, and deliver peak-season strategies while maintaining strong partner relationships and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field highly preferred.
• 5-7 years leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment; at least 4 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and material handling equipment.
• LEAN experience preferred; Food Grade experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and develop mutual benefiting relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple supervisors and hourly associates in a warehouse or small grouping of warehouses.
• Plan, monitor and execute staffing schedules to support operational demands and objectives.
• Manage inbound/outbound loading and unloading of trucks; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain productivity, customer service and safety standards daily.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain relations with strategic partners.
• Train, coach, mentor staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage revenue and expenses; track KPIs.
• Communicate objectives, policies, procedures, and safety practices to staff.
• Assist in delivering the facility-wide operational budget.
• Assist in recruiting and strategic labor planning.
• Establish and deliver safety, efficiency, and quality targets.
• Develop peak season strategies.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Excellence team for customer experience.
