Job summary

ALO is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, DC to lead day‑to‑day fulfillment center operations in a high‑volume environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer‑focused execution across inbound, outbound, and returns. You will drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement, manage a multi‑shift team of Operations Managers and frontline leaders, and shape peak‑season plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
5–8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or high‑volume distribution.
Experience leading large teams in a multi‑shift environment.

Responsibilities

Fulfillment Operations Execution across inbound receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Lead daily operations to meet SLAs for same-day and next-day order fulfillment.
Monitor real‑time performance and adjust labor/workflows to meet changing demands.
Drive safety performance and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and talent development.
Execute peak-season and promotional event plans, staffing, training, and shift coverage.
