Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of operations leadership experience in e-commerce or high-volume fulfillment.
• Experience managing large multi-shift teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all fulfillment center operations including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and reverse logistics.
• Deliver high service levels for same-day, next-day, and peak-season fulfillment.
• Ensure high order accuracy, fast cycle times, and consistent customer experience across channels.
• Own peak planning and execution for holiday surges, flash sales and promotions.
• Manage labor forecasting, flex staffing models, and capacity planning.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted operations during spikes or outages.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team in a 24/7 environment.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, training, and career development.
• Champion a strong safety culture and OSHA compliance.
• Oversee WMS, OMS, TMS, and labor management systems performance.
• Lead automation implementations (sorting, robotics, AMRs, goods-to-person).
• Collaborate with IT and engineering to improve system reliability and throughput.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to improve speed, quality, and cost.
• Analyze KPIs like units/hour, order cycle time, on-time ship rate, cost per order.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for service failures.
• Own the site budget and deliver productivity gains while maintaining service.
• Report site performance to senior leadership with clear actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including E‑commerce, Merchandising, Transportation, HR, Finance, and IT.
