Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a multi-functional operations team focused on inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments, and inventory control. You will drive lean processes, mentor direct reports, and ensure safety, efficiency, and quality across shifts and seasonal staffing needs.

Ideal candidates bring Lean/Six Sigma experience, 2+ years in a manager role, and strong communication skills to influence peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or HS degree/GED required.
• Experience with process improvement ideologies, e.g., LEAN or Six Sigma; Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive Operations experience in a manager role.

Responsibilities

• Accountable to client SLA agreements and site-specific quality and fulfillment targets.
• Create and manage day to day operational strategy ensuring the campus operates safely and productively.
• Lead performance management and development of direct reports.
• Oversee 2nd shift and weekend/donut shifts as applicable.
• Plan, prioritize, and communicate shift directives to insure efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
• Interact with clients on operational topics and maintain relationships.
