Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to oversee budget, people development, and site objectives at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, driving Lean initiatives and ensuring safety, quality, and customer experience.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, and IT to secure resources and share best practices across shifts and departments, building leadership capability throughout the FC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of direct management experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with Lean, process improvement and performance metrics.
• Ability to supervise multiple shifts and develop leadership talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of quality and process optimization initiatives using Lean.
• Ensure safety, quality and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations.
• Set expectations for Operations and Area Managers and measure performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT to secure resources.
• Share best practices across departments and shifts.
