Job summary

QVC in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a multi-shift fulfillment center function. You will manage budgeting, people development, and performance goals, and mentor a team of Operations and Area Managers, reporting to the site General Manager.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in fulfillment leadership, improving network resources, and performance.
• 4+ years experience in budgeting, financial management, and labor planning and optimization.
• Experience leading projects to guide cost savings and improve service to customers via network and process improvements.
• Subject matter expert in quality and operational controls, audits, process improvement, and distribution systems.
• Strong leadership, engagement, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift, 7-day operation with productivity and service goals.
• Develop strategic plans to operate within approved cost structures.
• Improve processes to boost operational effectiveness.
• Conduct roundtable meetings across shifts and departments.
• Develop and manage annual budget plans and monitor expenses.
