Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the night shift at the Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center, overseeing budget, talent development, and operational goals. This onsite role reports to the site General Manager and requires coordinating across Operations and Area Managers to maintain high performance.

You will drive cost-conscious strategies, implement training, and ensure safety and quality across a multi-department distribution operation operating seven days a week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in fulfillment leadership, improving network resources and service levels.
• 4+ years budgeting, financial management, and labor planning and optimization.
• Experience leading projects to guide cost savings and improve service through network and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift, 7-days-per-week operation with productivity, financial, and service goals.
• Develop strategic plans to operate within an approved cost structure.
• Improve processes to increase operational effectiveness.
• Conduct roundtable meetings across schedules, shifts, and departments.
