Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Site Leader to oversee the operations of a Fulfillment Center, guiding a dynamic team of Operations and Area Managers to achieve safety, quality and customer experience goals. You will manage budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning for outbound and inbound flows across a facility of 1,000+ employees.

The role requires a Bachelor's or advanced degree, 7+ years of direct management in manufacturing or distribution, and a proven track record with Lean

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree.
• 7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• Experience with performance metrics and Lean techniques.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work under stress.
• Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons.
• Engineering, Operations or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Owns and delivers the operational budget including safety, productivity, financial and labor planning.
• Lead a team of Operations and Area Managers to achieve goals.
• Develop leaders and staff through mentoring.
• Recruiting to identify candidates for promotion and hire.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Safety, IT to secure resources.
