Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Site Leader to oversee all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives at the Fulfillment Center. You will manage a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach them to meet performance goals, and foster positive employee relations to strengthen leadership bench strength.

This role requires driving lean initiatives, ensuring safety, quality, and customer experience, and partnering with cross-functional teams to secure resources and implement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Experience with full lifecycle staffing: interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Operations and Area Managers.
• Drive safety, quality, performance, and customer experience at the Fulfillment Center.
• Set expectations, measure performance, and hold managers accountable.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT to secure resources for initiatives.
• Share best practices across departments and shifts.
