Job summary

Cognizant in the San Francisco area is seeking a Sr. Deskside Support to provide technical and operational help to traders and front‑office users, ensuring high availability of trading applications, market data platforms, and trading floor infrastructure.

You will support Bloomberg Terminal, Refinitiv/Eikon, Reuters, Fidessa, and OMS/EMS apps, troubleshoot desktop and network issues, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in trader/front office IT support within financial services.
• Strong Windows and Mac troubleshooting skills and incident management.
• Familiar with AD, Citrix, MS 365 and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support to traders and front‑office users ensuring high availability of trading applications, market data platforms and trading floor infrastructure.
• Support Bloomberg Terminal, Refinitiv/Eikon, Reuters, Fidessa and OMS/EMS applications.
• Troubleshoot issues across trading apps, market data feeds, desktops, laptops and multi‑monitor setups.
