Coborn's Incorporated in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team, ensuring high guest service standards and smooth operation of registers, checkout areas, and related front-end functions.

You will supervise, train, coach, and develop all front-end staff including cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, and customer service desk personnel, with the Guest Services Manager assisting in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age;
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the front-end team while maintaining high standards of guest service.
• Oversee supervision, training, coaching, and development of all front end team members including cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, customer service desk, and self-checkout staff.
• Oversee the front end department operations including cash registers, bookkeeping, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas.
