You will supervise, train, and coach cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, and related front-end staff under the supervision of the Guest Services Manager. The role emphasizes driving a team-centric, customer-first environment with focus on operations like parcel pickup, click and collect, and parking lot management,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop front-end team including cashiers, baggers, cart pushers and customer service desk staff.
• Oversee front-end operations (cash registers, checkout, self-checkout, parcel pickup, cart room, click & collect, parking lot).
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure high standards of guest service.
