Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and uphold high guest service standards across front-end operations, including cash registers, checkout, and self-checkout areas. You’ll supervise, train, coach and develop cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, and service desk staff.

With your Guest Services Manager as your assistant, you’ll oversee parcel pickup, Click & Collect, and parking lot operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the front-end team, supervising, training, coaching and development of cashiers, baggers, cart pushers and service desk staff.
• Oversee front-end operations including cash registers, bookkeeping, parcel pickup, cart room, click & collect, and parking lot areas.
