Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Manager to supervise the front-end team and uphold high guest service standards across self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect, and parking lot areas. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on supervision in a dynamic retail environment.

This full-time position includes bookkeeping tasks and supporting the Sr. Guest Services Manager, aligning with Coborn’s mission to deliver outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the front-end team while maintaining guest service standards.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and assist the Sr. Guest Services Manager.
• Oversee self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect, and parking lot areas.
