The role also includes bookkeeping tasks and support for the Sr.

Guest Services Manager to ensure smooth front-end flow. The position focuses on creating a positive, customer-focused environment while handling daily tasks and ensuring efficient store

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end team to maintain high guest service standards.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with front-end operations including self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect, and parking lot areas.
