Job summary

Coborn's is seeking a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and uphold high guest-service standards across front-end operations, including cash registers, checkout, and self-checkout.

You will supervise, train, coach, and develop cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, and desk staff; with the Guest Services Manager assisting, ensure smooth operation and strong guest experience in a dynamic, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end team and maintain high guest-service standards across front-end operations.
• Supervise, train, coach and develop cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, customer service desk staff, and self-checkout associates.
• Oversee front-end areas including cash registers, checkout lanes, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot operations.
