Coborn's is seeking a Guest Services Manager (Assistant Customer Service Manager/Assistant Front End Department Manager) who will supervise the front-end team and uphold high guest service standards across operations including self-checkouts, regular checkouts, and parcel pickup.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front-end team and maintain high guest service standards across front-end operations.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks and assist the Sr. Guest Services Manager with guest services, self-checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas.
