You will supervise cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, and desk staff, while collaborating with the Guest Services Manager to maintain smooth operations across cash registers, parcel pickup, and self-checkout areas. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and development of a diverse front-end team in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring a positive guest experience

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations including cash registers, checkout lanes, and self-checkout.
• Supervise, train, and develop front-end team members (cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, desk staff).
• Ensure high standards of guest service and smooth front-end workflow.
• Coordinate with Guest Services Manager to manage daily operations and decorum.
