Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and ensure exceptional guest service across all front-end operations. This role supervises, trains and coaches cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, and service desk staff, with support from the Guest Services Manager.

You will oversee cash registers, bookkeeping, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the front-end team and uphold guest service standards.
• Oversee supervision, training, coaching and development of front end staff including cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, and service desk personnel.
• Manage front end operations including cash registers, checkout processes, parcel pickup, cart room, click & collect and parking lot areas.
