Job summary

The Peacock Inn in Princeton, NJ, seeks an experienced Senior Front Desk Agent to lead the guest services team and oversee front desk operations in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting.

You will coach and develop front desk staff, manage reservations and billing, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Spanish language ability preferred but not required.
• We are willing to train the right candidate for the Senior Front Desk Agent role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally during check-in and check-out.
• Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints with timely resolutions.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, upgrades, and guest requests.
• Process charges, payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately.
• Ensure billing instructions and guest folios are accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room status and readiness.
• Supervise front desk operations and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain front desk schedules and ensure proper staffing.
• Handle cash, card payments, and other transactions securely.
