The Peacock Inn is a boutique upscale hotel in Princeton, NJ, seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent who will provide personalized service and support guests through check-in, information, and local recommendations. The candidate should be flexible to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include coordinating with departments, making reservations, answering calls, and aiding event coordination alongside the Hotel Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with booking, housekeeping, and maintenance to satisfy guests' needs.
• Make reservations or appointments for local entertainment or services.
• Answer guest calls and record details for follow-up.
• Anticipate guests' needs and suggest local venues.
• Coordinate communications for weddings, corporate retreats and other in-house events with the Hotel Manager.
• Take reservations, answer inquiries, communicate leads to Event Coordinator, host the restaurant, and assist as assigned by the Hotel Manager.
• Report accidents or injuries to senior management.
