Qualifications

• 3+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience.
• Proven success in B2B sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with carriers, lanes, freight classes, and rate structures (RPM/CPM).
• Proficiency with CRM systems, TMS platforms, and load boards.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and present value-added logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new shippers through calls, email outreach, networking, and industry platforms.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects and maintain a consistent flow of opportunities.
• Research market trends, lanes, and pricing to identify competitive advantages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
• Prepare spot quotes, contract rates, and service proposals; collaborate with Operations for execution.
• Coordinate with Operations and Carrier teams to schedule, dispatch, and execute loads.
• Track KPIs, revenue targets, and margin contribution; maintain CRM records; provide weekly updates.
