Job summary

OEC GROUP, located in Irving, Texas, is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive to manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding sales, preferably with a focus on Ocean and Air services.

The salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 annually plus uncapped commissions. The position offers full health coverage, PTO, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience directly selling Ocean and/or Air services within a freight forwarder.
• Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
• Ability to travel (locally) to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new clients and establish a book of business through prospecting and networking.
• Present OEC Group's services: Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing.
• Collaborate with CRM Specialists to create sales presence.

Skills

Sales experience in Ocean and/or Air services

Emotional intelligence

Knowledge of local territory

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
