Job summary

OEC Group in California is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive (Senior Logistics Consultant) to own the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing, focusing on ocean and air freight services.

You will build a local book of business, present service lines, meet quotas, and collaborate with CRM and overseas teams. Travel locally; base salary 80k-120k with uncapped commissions; comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience selling Ocean and/or Air services within a freight forwarder.
• Experience with CargoWise One preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Seek out new clients and build a book of business through prospecting and networking.
• Present OEC Group service offerings: Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage.
• Meet monthly revenue quotas set by Sales management.
• Collaborate with CRM Specialists to create sales presence in local market.
• Maintain communication with internal teams as well as overseas offices.
• Travel locally for client meetings and presentations.
