Qualifications

• Strong understanding of transportation industry regulations and freight brokerage operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients for freight brokerage services.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shippers.
• Coordinate and monitor shipments from origin to destination while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records of transactions and shipment details using TMS.
• Resolve issues promptly by collaborating with carriers, clients, and internal teams.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base.
