Job summary

Elite Haul Inc. is seeking an experienced Freight Brokerage Sales Executive focused on new shipper acquisition and business development. This is a sales position, not a dispatcher or carrier sales role.

The primary responsibility is to prospect, identify, and acquire new shipper customers and develop those accounts into long-term business. Candidates with existing shipper relationships or an active book of business are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of freight brokerage or transportation sales experience.
• Proven experience prospecting and acquiring new shipper accounts.
• Strong cold-calling and B2B business development skills.
• Ability to build and grow a book of business.
• Existing shipper relationships preferred.
• Experience generating revenue/GP from new accounts.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is to prospect, identify, and acquire new shipper customers.
