You will optimize load planning and carrier procurement, build resilient carrier networks, and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance while collaborating with Sales, Finance and Customer Service to align operational goals with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all freight brokerage operations; ensure seamless shipments and service.
• Lead and develop a team of logistics coordinators, carrier reps, dispatchers.
• Build carrier and customer relationships; negotiate rates and secure capacity.
• Optimize load planning, routing, and carrier procurement using TMS and data.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and internal safety standards.
• Analyze operational KPIs to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to align goals.
