Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to act as a technical lead across the sales cycle for identity, fraud, and risk challenges. You will partner with sales, product, engineering, and clients to shape discovery, design proofs of concepts, and translate technical capabilities into business value.

You will influence product direction, support thought leadership, and mentor junior team members in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. Location is remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, incl. 3+ years in professional services or technical consulting.
• Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales with data-driven or ML-enabled platforms.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and RDBMS.
• Expertise in risk, fraud, or compliance within financial services, fintech, or gaming.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with fraud analytics and decisioning systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like FCRA and GLBA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead during the sales cycle, aligning client needs with the company's solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept design.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Advise clients using deep expertise in identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Influence product development by providing market feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and blogs.
• Mentor junior Solution Consultants and establish best practices for the team.
