Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent banking experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years in fraud/financial crimes, risk management, or related banking experience with leadership exposure.
• Knowledge of common fraud schemes impacting banks (check, ACH, wire, account takeover, identity theft).
• Experience managing complex investigations and active fraud events.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee fraud investigations, alerts, referrals, and incidents with timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Prioritize team workloads based on risk exposure, customer impact, and potential loss.
• Review complex cases and provide guidance; escalate significant fraud events.
• Coordinate response efforts and analyze fraud trends to mitigate risks.
• Lead and develop Fraud Analytics & Loss Prevention staff and programs.
