Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field; 5+ years fraud investigation experience is preferred.
• Professional certification such as CFE/ACAMS/CAFP is preferred.
• Experience with fraud monitoring and data analytics tools in banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fraud monitoring activities, alert review processes, case investigations, and resolution efforts to identify, investigate, and mitigate fraudulent activity.
• Develop, implement, and maintain fraud controls, procedures, and strategies to reduce fraud exposure and minimize losses.
• Analyze fraud data, loss trends, and emerging threats to identify risks and support informed decisions.
• Manage recovery strategies and coordinate efforts to maximize recovery opportunities and reduce losses.
