Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an experienced Product Manager for FP&A and adjacent finance workflows. You will own planning, forecasting, reporting, and automation across FP&A surfaces, partnering with Finance, Engineering, and Business Systems to drive scalable, AI-enabled improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in product management of complex platforms, strong cross-functional leadership, and a data-driven approach to improve finance operations and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience leading complex internal platforms or enterprise software.
• Strong cross-functional judgment with multiple stakeholders and high execution expectations.
• Experience with finance systems, planning platforms, or enterprise workflows where data quality matters.
• Ability to translate user pain points into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated fluency in AI and workflow automation to improve finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for FP&A surfaces and workflows across planning, reporting, and automation.
• Partner with Finance and EAA leadership to define future-state FP&A operating model and required investments.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and finance rhythms through better systems and UX.
• Shape dashboards and variance analyses to deliver insights for finance leaders.
• Lead platform-level product work to improve scalability and interoperability of FP&A systems.
