Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. in the United States is seeking a high-ownership Product Manager (L5) for FP&A and finance workflows.

You will own planning, forecasting, reporting, and automation across FP&A surfaces, partnering with Finance, Engineering, and Business Systems to build scalable, AI-enabled tooling. This role requires strong product judgment, senior stakeholder influence, and a track record of delivering complex internal platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with complex internal platforms or enterprise software.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with finance planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for FP&A surfaces and workflows.
• Partner with Finance and EAA leadership to define operating model and investments.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and reporting through better systems.
• Develop dashboards and decision-support tooling for executives.
• Lead platform-level improvements for scalability and AI-enabled tooling.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort.
