Coinbase seeks a senior Product Manager to own FP&A product surfaces, spanning planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and automation. You will partner with Finance and EAA leadership to shape the operating model and invest in scalable, AI-enabled workflows.

This L5 role requires 5+ years in product management for enterprise platforms, strong cross-functional communication, and a track record of turning ambiguities into measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Product Management experience on complex internal platforms.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience with finance systems, budgeting, forecasting, or ERP-like workflows.
• Ability to translate user pain points into actionable requirements.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in leveraging AI and automation to improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for FP&A surfaces across planning and reporting.
• Partner with Finance and EAA leadership to define the operating model and investments.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and close-adjacent processes.
• Design dashboards and variance analyses to support executives.
• Lead platform-level work for scalable and interoperable FP&A systems.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Translate ambiguous needs into measurable outcomes and delivery plans.
• Act as product DRI across multiple teams with aligned priorities.
• Define success metrics and monitor outcomes for Finance users.
