Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a Product Manager for FP&A and adjacent finance workflows. This high-ownership L5 role requires leadership across Finance, Engineering, Business Systems, Data, and Functional Architecture, with scope over budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and close-adjacent processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with complex internal platforms or enterprise software.
• Experience working on finance systems, planning platforms, or enterprise workflows.
• Strong analytical orientation with ability to define metrics and use data to guide decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrates ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for FP&A product surfaces and workflows.
• Partner with Finance and EAA leadership to define the future FP&A operating model and required investments.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and scheduling improvements through better systems and workflows.
• Improve reporting and insight delivery with dashboards, variance analysis, and decision-support tooling.
• Lead platform-level work to improve scalability, maintainability, and interoperability of FP&A systems.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and workflow automation to reduce manual effort and shorten cycles.
• Translate stakeholder needs into measurable outcomes and sequenced delivery plans.
• Act as product DRI across multiple teams, aligning priorities and timing.
