Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own FP&A product surfaces and workflows, spanning planning, forecasting, reporting, and automation. This high-ownership role partners with Finance, Engineering, Data, and Business Systems to scale and AI-enable FP&A tooling.

You’ll lead budgeting, headcount planning, close processes, and executive reporting, define success metrics, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of complex internal platforms or enterprise software.
• Experience working on finance systems, planning platforms, or enterprise workflows.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated AI and workflow automation fluency in finance environments.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for FP&A product surfaces and workflows across planning, reporting, and automation.
• Partner with Finance and EAA leadership to define the future-state FP&A operating model and product investments.
• Drive improvements to budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and finance rhythms through better systems and user experiences.
• Improve reporting and insight delivery for finance leaders via dashboards and variance analysis experiences.
• Lead platform-level work to improve scalability and interoperability of FP&A systems.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce manual effort and shorten cycles.
• Translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and sequenced delivery plans.
• Act as product DRI across teams, aligning priorities and business impact.
• Define success metrics and use data to continuously improve outcomes for Finance users.
