Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own FP&A product surfaces, planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows. You will partner with Finance and Enterprise Architecture to define future state operating models and drive scale across budgeting and headcount processes.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, shape executive dashboards, and apply automation to shorten planning cycles. A strong orientation to data, metrics, and AI-enabled improvements is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with complex internal platforms or enterprise software.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence across Finance, Engineering, and Business Systems.
• Experience with finance systems, planning platforms, or enterprise workflows.
• Ability to translate user pain points into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A product strategy, roadmap, and execution across planning, reporting, and automation.
• Partner with Finance and EAA leadership to define the future FP&A operating model and investments.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and reporting workflows.
• Shape dashboards, variance analyses, and decision-support tooling for executives.
• Lead platform-level FP&A improvements for scalability, maintainability, and AI-enablement.
• Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
