Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a high-ownership Product Manager to lead FP&A product surfaces and workflows across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You will partner with Finance, Engineering, Data, and Business Systems to define the future-state operating model and drive common capabilities. You will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise finance platforms, shaping dashboards, analytics, and automation that scale with growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software or workflow-heavy products.
• Strong product judgment in cross-functional settings with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with finance systems, planning platforms, or related domains.
• Ability to translate user pain points into actionable requirements and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI/coprocessing to improve workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for FP&A surfaces and workflows across planning, reporting, and automation.
• Partner with Finance and EAA leadership to define the future-state FP&A operating model and required investments.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and close-adjacent processes through better systems and UX.
• Improve reporting and insight delivery with dashboards, variance analysis, and decision-support tooling.
• Lead platform-level work to improve scalability, maintainability, and interoperability of FP&A systems.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and workflow automation to reduce manual effort and shorten cycles.
• Translate ambiguous needs into measurable outcomes and sequenced delivery plans.
• Act as product DRI across multiple teams with clear priorities and business impact.
• Define success metrics and continuously improve outcomes for Finance users.
