Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a high-ownership Product Manager for FP&A and adjacent finance workflows.

You will own planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and automation across finance platforms, partnering with Finance and Architecture to scale and improve systems at Coinbase. The role requires 5+ years in product management for enterprise software or complex internal platforms, with strong cross-functional collaboration and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning complex internal platforms.
• Strong product judgment in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and high expectations.
• Experience with finance systems, planning platforms, or enterprise workflows.
• Ability to translate user pain points into clear requirements and outcomes.
• Strong analytical orientation with metrics to inform roadmap decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and copilots in workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Fluency in AI/automation across finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for FP&A product surfaces and workflows.
• Partner with Finance and EAA leadership to define the future FP&A operating model and required investments.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and finance rhythms improvements through better systems and UX.
• Improve reporting and insight delivery for finance and business leaders via dashboards and variance analysis tools.
• Lead platform-level work to improve scalability, maintainability, and interoperability of FP&A systems.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and workflow automation to reduce manual effort and shorten planning cycles.
• Translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements, measurable outcomes, and delivery plans.
• Operate as product DRI across multiple teams with aligned priorities and timing.
• Define success metrics and use data to continuously improve outcomes for Finance users.
