Coinbase is seeking an experienced Product Manager for FP&A and adjacent finance workflows. You will own planning, forecasting, reporting, and automation across budgeting, headcount management, and close-adjacent processes, partnering with Finance, Engineering, Business Systems, Data, and Functional Architecture.

This high-ownership L5 PM role requires translating ambiguous stakeholder needs into clear requirements, measurable outcomes, and sequenced delivery plans while delivering dashboards

Competenze

• 5+ years in Product Management for complex internal platforms or enterprise software.
• Strong judgment working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience with finance systems, planning platforms, or enterprise workflows.
• Ability to translate user pain points into clear requirements and outcomes.
• Analytical and metrics-driven with data-informed roadmap decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with senior stakeholders.
• Experience responsibly using AI tools and copilots in daily workflows.

Mansioni

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for FP&A product surfaces and workflows across planning, reporting, and automation.
• Partner with Finance and EAA leadership to define the future-state FP&A operating model and investments.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and finance rhythms through better systems and UX.
• Shape dashboards, variance analysis experiences, and decision-support tooling for executives.
• Lead platform-level work to improve scalability and interoperability of FP&A systems.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce manual effort and shorten cycles.
• Translate ambiguous needs into measurable outcomes and sequential delivery plans.
• Act as the product DRI across teams, aligning priorities, timing, and business impact.
• Define success metrics and use data to continuously improve outcomes for finance users.
