Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate to lead the day-to-day financial reporting and closing processes for the New Verticals business. You will own the monthly close, weekly reviews, and cross-team planning, partnering with Accounting and Data Engineering to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

The role emphasizes automation and process improvements with AI tools. You will work with a highly detail-oriented team, building models, validating data, and driving consistency across reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or similar analytic finance role with day-to-day ownership of recurring reporting.
• Experience identifying and resolving data discrepancies independently.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and weekly reporting process for New Verticals so data ties out accurately and on time.
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools used by the Finance team weekly.
• Partner with Accounting, Data Engineering, and business teams to investigate and resolve reporting issues.
• Help modernize recurring reporting processes, including AI-powered efficiency improvements.
• Play a foundational role on a growing team with opportunities to expand scope.
