Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the New Verticals Finance team to lead day-to-day financial reporting and closing processes. You will own monthly close, weekly reviews, and cross-team planning, partnering with Accounting, Data Engineering, and business teams to keep reporting accurate and timely.

This role emphasizes detail, execution, and opportunities to build automation. You\'ll report to a Manager on the New Verticals Finance team and help drive improvements in processes, including

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with recurring reporting ownership.
• Experience identifying and resolving data/reporting discrepancies.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with complex models.
• Experience writing SQL or using AI tools to validate data.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and weekly reporting for New Verticals.
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools.
• Partner with Accounting, Data Engineering and business teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Modernize recurring reporting using AI-powered tools.
