DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for the New Verticals Central Ops pod to drive strategic and operational initiatives. You’ll scope and iterate on product features across Convenience, Grocery, Alcohol and Retail, partnering with ML, Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams.

This role sits in the Central Ops group and reports to a Manager. You’ll analyze data to drive decisions, own key metrics, and lead cross-functional work streams that improve order quality and inventory accuracy,

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, banking, food & beverage or high-growth startups.
• Strong data-driven mindset with comfort in Excel; SQL experience is a bonus.
• Demonstrated ability to own problems end-to-end and drive initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers).

Responsibilities

• Scope, go-to-market and iterate on product features to improve order quality and selection.
• Lead cross-functional work streams with Engineers, Data Scientists and Designers.
• Own products and business lines, driving ambitious metrics and outcomes.
