Job summary

Solstice, Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team, delivering monthly close, forecasts, and AOP, and partnering with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business. You will report to the ESM segment CFO and work from Morris Plains on a hybrid schedule.

As a people leader, you will coach team members, strengthen analytical and communication skills, and foster accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills.
• Comfort with month-end close, reclassing and accrual journaling.
• Proven leadership and effective communication with peers and leadership.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team delivering monthly close, MOR decks and AOP processes.
• Develop leadership in direct reports and coach on storytelling to leadership.
• Collaborate across functions to align with business objectives and build trust.
• Consolidate multiple lines of business into the ESM portfolio and escalate variances.
• Improve forecast accuracy and drive action items from meetings.
