Job summary

Solstice seeks a Sr Finance Manager in Morris Plains, NJ on a hybrid schedule to lead the Commercial FP&A team, ensuring timely, accurate reporting, forecasting, and planning, including monthly close and AOP processes. You will partner with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.

Reporting to the ESM segment CFO, you will coach team members, improve forecast accuracy, and foster a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills.
• Comfort with month-end close, reclassing and accrual journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team with monthly close reporting and quarterly MD&A.
• Coach and develop direct reports, fostering leadership and effective storytelling for senior leadership.
• Collaborate across functions to align business objectives and build confidence in the Finance organization.
• Consolidate multiple lines of business into the ESM view and escalate significant variances to the CFO.
• Drive forecast accuracy and action items, maintaining a strong Say/Do ratio.
