Job summary

Solstice, located in Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team. You will manage monthly close, forecast accuracy, and AOP, partnering with business leaders to drive performance across segments.

You will mentor the team, enhance analytical capabilities, and foster a culture of accountability. The role is hybrid, reporting to the ESM segment CFO, with a broad scope across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting.
• Familiar with month-end close, reclassing and accrual journal entries.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability.
• Excellent communication with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team with monthly close, weekly pulse deliverables, and AOP processes.
• Develop leadership in direct reports and coach on storytelling for leadership decisions.
• Collaborate across functions to align objectives and strengthen finance partnerships.
• Consolidate multiple lines of business into the ESM performance plan and escalate variances.
• Drive forecast accuracy and a culture of Say/Do discipline.
