Job summary

Solstice is seeking a Sr Finance Manager in Morris Plains, NJ, to lead the Commercial FP&A team and deliver timely, accurate reporting, forecasting, and planning. You will partner with business leaders across multiple lines of business to consolidate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Comfortable with month-end close, reclassing, and accrual journal entries.
• Proven leadership and communication with peers and leadership.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team in monthly close reporting, weekly Pulse Deliverables, MOR decks, MD&A commentary and annual AOP processes.
• Develop tactical and leadership qualities in direct reports and coach on storytelling to inform leadership decisions.
• Collaborate across functions to understand business objectives and build trust in the Finance organization.
• Consolidate multiple lines of business into the holistic whole of ESM and support the CFO by escalating variances and risks.
• Build a strong Say/Do ratio in forecast accuracy and action items.
